The 2 storeys villa, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated in the year 2005 and divided into 9 two-room apartments and 2 one-room apartments. All apartments have a balcony or a veranda and are provided with sat-tv with LCD screen, air conditioning, hair-dryer and refrigerator with freezer.

The furniture is in marine style with elegant details and fittings; the same design that the owner used for the adjacent Hotel Tornese that also offers their guests 2 restaurants, and an American, panoramic cocktail bar.
