Miramare Residence is situated in front of the sea on the promenade of Cecina Mare and a few meters from the centre.

The 2 storeys villa, built at the beginning of the 20th century, has been renovated in the year 2005 and divided into 9 two-room apartments and 1 one-room apartment. All apartments have a balcony or a veranda and are provided with sat-tv with LCD screen, air conditioning, hair-dryer and refrigerator with freezer.
